1. General provisions

1.1. UAB Tadetas (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) respects all buyers of its services, potential customers (who have tried the services but did not become customers) and all visitors to the www.bauto.lt website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) ), the right to privacy and undertakes to ensure the protection of personal data provided and received. The company also takes care of ensuring the rights of customers as data subjects.

1.2. This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the Company's customers.

1.3. By using the Website, as well as by ordering or in any form using the services offered by the Company and providing the Company with your personal data, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. 2.2. Data subject - a natural person - a customer of the Company (including visitors to the Website) whose personal data is collected by the Company.

2.3. The consent of the data subject shall be any freely given specific and unambiguous expression of the will of the data subject, duly informed, in a statement or in an unambiguous manner in which he or she consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

2.4. "Processing of data" means any operation or sequence of operations on personal data or sets of personal data carried out by automated or non-automated means, such as collecting, recording, sorting, organizing, adapting or modifying, extracting, accessing, using, disclosing, transmitting, distributing or otherwise making them available, as well as collating or merging them with other data, restricting, deleting or destroying them.

2.5. "Processor" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

2.6. Data controller - UAB Tadetas operating and established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, code: 125377234, registered at: Ateities str. 1-141, LT-08306 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, data about which is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities.

2.7. Direct marketing is the activity of contacting the Customer by mail, telephone or other direct means and offering goods and services and / or seeking their opinion on the goods or services offered, including by automated means.

3. What cookies and how we use them

3.1. What is a cookie? The website then uses cookies to ensure the best possible use of the website by the user, identifying the user's computer and facilitating access to the website or the information contained in it, thus customizing the content of the website as conveniently as possible.

We emphasize that the website operator has no control over, cannot be and is not responsible for the use of cookies, content and privacy by third parties, which we recommend access to on a case-by-case basis.

4. What personal data do we collect?

4.1. The Company collects and subsequently processes the Customer's personal data, which you provide yourself when using and ordering services on the Website or ordering services in any other way: name, surname, personal identification code (optional), address, e-mail. postal address, telephone number, and other data related to the specifics of the service order. We note that you provide additional data on your own initiative when registering and / or ordering and managing the services provided by the Company.

4.2. The personal data provided by the Customer is stored during the period of cooperation between the Company and the Customer (during the provision of services) and for 10 (ten) years from the end of this period. Data may be stored for a shorter period if there is no legal basis for doing so.

5. For what purposes and how do we process personal data?

5.1. The data held by the Company about the Customer will be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner (principle of legality, fairness and transparency).

5.2. The Company processes the above-mentioned personal data of the Customer for the processing and administration of the purchase / order of services, processing of accounting documents related to the order of services, contacting you for the performance of contractual obligations, for direct marketing purposes (with the prior consent of data subjects).

5.3. We ensure that Customer's personal data is and will be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes, adequate, relevant and only necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, accurate and, where necessary, updated, processed in such a way as to ensure adequate security of personal data through appropriate technical and organizational measures, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing of data and against unintentional loss, destruction or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality) .

6. What rights do data subjects have?

6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent. The data subject shall be informed before consent is given. Withdrawal of consent is as easy as giving it.

6.2. You have the rights of data subjects, which we will implement upon receipt of a request from the Customer by registered mail to the address: Meistrų str. 13, Vilnius, and after you have duly confirmed your identity. The Customer has the right to access his / her personal data and how they are processed, to demand the correction of inaccurate personal data related to the Customer, as well as to demand that the Customer's incomplete personal data be supplemented.

6.3. The Customer has the right to demand that the Company delete personal data related to the Customer if they are no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; withdraws the consent and there is no other legal basis for processing the Customer's personal data; personal data have been processed illegally; on other grounds set out in the Regulation; require the Company to restrict the processing of the Client's personal data; to receive personal data related to the Customer, submitted to the Company in a systematized, commonly used and computer-readable format; the Customer also has the right to request the Company to transfer personal data to another data controller; not consent to the processing of the personal data concerned (eg for direct marketing or otherwise).

7. How we process personal data for direct marketing purposes

7.1. The Company will contact the Customer only with the Customer's prior consent and in accordance with the provisions of the ERE, ADTA and the Regulations. We will send the Company's newsletters by e-mail, by mail or telephone and / or inquire about the quality of existing services and other related issues.

7.2. We process the following personal data of the Customer for the purpose of direct marketing: name, e-mail address, telephone number.

7.3. The Customer's personal data for the purpose of direct marketing is stored until the Customer's refusal to receive direct marketing communications (such refusal reference is provided at the bottom of each letter sent).

8. To whom we provide personal data

8.1. Access to the Customer's personal data by the Company's employees is granted only if it is necessary to perform their duties and only if the employee undertakes to comply with the confidentiality requirement.

8.2. The Company may provide the Customer's personal data to data controllers who provide services to the Company and process the Customer's personal data on behalf of the Company and for the benefit of the Company or the Customer, law enforcement authorities and other third parties with the Customer's consent. Such data processors have the right to process the Customer's personal data only in accordance with the Company's instructions.

8.3. The customer's personal data may also be provided in response to official requests from state authorities and the court, but only after verifying the legality of these requests.

9. Validity and Amendments

This privacy policy was updated on 10th of June, 2022. If we change this privacy policy, we will publish an updated version on our website www.bauto.lt.
