Pursuant to Clause 17.15 of the Law, we would like to inform you that the return (exchange) of original parts is possible only with the consent of the seller.
If UAB Tadetas agrees to accept the goods purchased by the buyer for return, the corresponding return fee is applied from the total amount of the order made by buyer. This fee is set by UAB Tadetas depending on the size of the order, the availability of goods and the date of submission of the order.
